Orders are placed on www.brookestailors.com

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order within one working day.

You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be dispatched within three working days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail when the order is dispatched.

You can cancel your order before item is dispatched by e-mailing info@brookestailors.com

We will take reasonable steps to ensure all information on the website is correct and up to date. However there may be occasions when a product is out of stock.

We have the right to make changes to information of our products, ie price, availability. However we will not make changes after we have accepted an order.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in store.

We can only ship to mainland UK. Any international schoolwear orders can be held in store for collection.

We will inform you when an item is out of stock, and give you an approximate delivery date if available.

Should you wish to cancel the order of any out of stock items, e-mail info@brookestailors.com and a refund will be issued.

Any out of stock items will be shipped when they become available at no additional delivery charge.

Payment must be received via online transaction using Paypal account or Paypal facilitated card transaction.

Items will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Items may be returned for credit note or exchange.

Refunds are not offered except where items are found to be faulty or not as described.

Items can only be returned within seven days of receipt.

Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Items are returned at the customers cost, using a certifiable delivery service.

If items returned are not found to be faulty by the manufacturer then no refund will be issued.

If you wish to return an item, email info@brookestailors.com giving the reason for return.

Returned items must be sent back with all original packaging and a copy of the invoice.

Any damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
